		<description>I have to agree - anyone who signs up will NOT regret it! This is AMAZING!

Still sore here too but was glad to see Scott threw in some leg work after the first two days of killing my abs - Sexy Mama Abs here I come!

Once I start the weight portion I&#039;m going to be splitting mine up similar to yours. I seem to really need the energy more about mid afternoon so I&#039;ll probably do one in the morning and one in the afternoon!
