You say you are too busy to take half an hour to an hour out of your day to practice Yoga routine.  You can still practice the poses while you are in the office or even standing in a grocery check out line.  The Mountain Pose is one you can do and no one will notice.  Here are the basics of the Mountain Pose.  Stand straight with your weight distributed evenly between both feet.  Let your shoulders hang easily and put your pelvis in a neutral position.  Also, wear flats when you are running errands, it will make it easier to sneak in the Mountain Pose, and your feet will feel better at the end of the day.
