What most people think of as aging isn’t really aging at all.  It’s degeneration of the body from many years of misuse.  If you have spent your whole life eating junk food, lounging around on the couch, or hunched over the computer keyboard your body will get still and sore.  There’s no getting around it, your body is a living machine and just like any other man made machine it needs to be maintained and cared for.  There is a difference between your body and a man made machine, your body can regenerate and renew itself on a cellular level.  Yoga can be the greatest tool you can use to maintain your body.  Read more

Do you work on your feet all-day coming home with lower back pain? Studies show that most people in their lifetime will experience lower back pain at least once in their lives, and for some it’s there as a constant ache. You don’t have to stand on your feet to impact your back. Sitting at a desk all-day and then go home and sit in the lounge in front of the television. An office worker’s back can hurt and he harmed just as easily as someone who does physical labor all-day.
