Remember when you first learned to ride a bike? You had a helmet and training wheels. Well, if you use spinning workouts to get in shape, the training wheels will definitely need to come off. While this isn’t exactly a homeworkout, it’s a lot of fun and after you’ve taken a few classes you can do the same workout on your exercise bike at home.

If you still haven’t found the perfect workout for you yet, consider Pilates. It is a very gentle workout that won’t leave you huffing and puffing, but at the same time it’s great at strengthening your core and giving you that lean and toned look.

Today we continue our look at different types of exercise programs. One of my favorite way to work out is to dance. What’s not to love with good music and fun moves. Feels more like having fun than working hard and that’s really what it’s all about. If you love what you are doing, your much more likely to stick with regular exercise.
